Fourth Amendment Rights for Organizations

Kalle Noble

This training offers valuable insights into how the Fourth Amendment can protect organizations, including nonprofits, against immigration enforcement. It explores the practical applications of the Fourth Amendment in organizational settings, including proactive strategies for organizations to safeguard their operations, staff, and clients from "unreasonable searches and seizures." The training also provides suggestions for "dos and don'ts" when responding to immigration enforcement actions, equipping viewers with the tools to better navigate these challenging scenarios with awareness of their rights.
