Join CHRCL for a free MCLE training on strategies for effective oral argument. Presenters Belinda Escobosa and Jacob Reisberg will share strategies for persuasive argument, organizing your argument, best practices when addressing a judge, courtroom rules, preparation, and general tips. The webinar will focus on hearings in federal court, but will also cover strategies that can be applied to jury trial advocacy and state and immigration court.
