About the event

In today's quickly shifting legal landscape, sanctuary laws have once again become a significant issue for those seeking to protect immigrant rights. Join CHRCL for a free Continuing Legal Education (CLE) webinar focused on Sanctuary and Federal Harboring Laws and how these laws interact with one another. This training is designed for both legal practitioners and immigrant's rights advocates.

Attendees will gain insights in understanding the varying types and operations of sanctuary laws, their application in California, how they can serve as vital tools to protect immigrant communities, as well as their limits. The training will also cover federal harboring laws, helping ensure attendees understand their legal obligations under these laws - even in jurisdictions where sanctuary protections apply.
