Mission Statement
The Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law (CHRCL) is a support center that provides training and technical support to direct legal service providers, addresses systemic injustice LSPs identify, and advances and protects the civil, constitutional, and human rights of immigrants, refugees, children, and marginalized communities.

Nuestra misión es promover y proteger los derechos civiles, constitucionales y humanos de los inmigrantes, refugiados, niños, prisioneros y los pobres.
Desde su incorporación en 1980, el Centro ha brindado una amplia gama de servicios legales a víctimas vulnerables de bajos ingresos.ms de violaciones de derechos humanos y civiles y apoyo tcnico y capacitacin a cientos de abogados de asistencia legal y asistentes legales en las reas de derecho de inmigracin, derecho constitucional y litigios complejos y de demanda colectiva.
El Centro ha logrado importantes victorias en numerosos casos de acción de clase en los tribunales de los Estados Unidos y ante organismos internacionales que han beneficiado a cientoss de miles de niños inmigrantes, solicitantes de asilo, trabajadores inmigrantes y otras poblaciones vulnerables.

Our Impact
The Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law is a legal services support center with recognized expertise in complex litigation, constitutional law, and laws protecting vulnerable populations. Our litigation efforts have significantly impacted the rights of immigrants, refugees, at-risk children, survivors of domestic violence, prisoners in solitary confinement, and members of LGBT communities. Through these landmark cases, we have challenged systemic injustices and advanced protections for those most in need.
